Shipping:  

All items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number.  Customers are responsible for all international custom fees.  

 

Returns:  

Due to the personal use of our Flax Saks and the importance of maintaining a hygienic product, we require a 20% restocking fee for any item that has been opened.  Used items are non-returnable.  The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

 

To help maintain a hygienic product and prevent the spread of diseases all face mask sales are final and non-returnable.
